Bryan Wright, PresidentBryan Wright represents the second generation of dedication to the insurance field at The Wright Group. He brings more than 15 years of experience to his role as President, which includes the development and strategic direction of the company's goals and objectives. Claire Chavez, Director of Client RelationsAs Director of Client Relations for The Wright Group, Claire’s role is that of a mentor for the account management staff and is responsible for client consulting, problem solving assistance, analyzing benefit plan proposals and conducting employee enrollment meetings. She is a graduate of Colorado State University and has nearly 20 years experience in employee benefit administration. Her previous work experiences have included being Director of Human Resources for a large medical organization, managing employee benefits for a top 5 Denver area law firm. Claire has worked with The Wright Group for more than 10 years. |

Rob Andrew, Director of Sales and MarketingRob brings almost 20 years of employee benefits, management, sales, and entrepreneurial experience to The Wright Group in his role as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Rob has significant experience in running fully insured and alternatively funded benefit plans, with an emphasis on partial self-funding. Rob has also been on the ground-floor of the 401(k) pension movement in this country, with experience in writing and managing plans of all sizes and complexity. Rob is a 1988 graduate of Cleveland State University with majors in Marketing and Finance. Rob’s experience in employee benefits runs the gamut as he spent seven years as a sales executive with Great-West – and then went on to run the Rocky Mountain region as the Regional Director and Sales Manager, overseeing an 8 state region with offices in Denver, Kansas City, and Salt Lake City. |

Spencer Swalm, JD, REBCAs a graduate of Denver University Law School, Spencer practiced estate planning law for 10 years before becoming a benefits consultant in 1990. He also holds a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation from the American College. Spencer has also served as the State Representative for House District 37 (West Centennial) since November, 2006. He serves on the Health and Human Services and Transportation and Energy Committees of the Colorado House of Representatives and was appointed to the Legislative Health Care Task Force in June, 2007. Spencer’s health insurance expertise gives him a unique perspective as the Colorado Legislature wrestles health care reform, a vital issue for Colorado employers and consumers. His articles on employee benefit topics have appeared in a wide variety of local and national publications, including The Denver Business Journal, The Rocky Mountain News, Health Care News, and Health Insurance Underwriter. Spencer is married to Marleen, a registered nurse at Saint Joseph’s Hospital. They have 3 grown children. Their son, Byron, serves on the nuclear submarine, USS Nebraska. |
