Bryan Wright, CEOBryan Wright represents the second generation of dedication to the insurance field at The Wright Group. He brings more than 15 years of experience to his role as President, which includes the development and strategic direction of the company's goals and objectives. He has provided employee benefits and commercial insurance insight and guidance to companies experiencing growth, mergers and acquisitions. Bryan directs The Wright Group in its key task: to become their client's back-office resource for the administration, communication, sourcing and compliance of an organization’s employee benefit plans and business insurance programs while decreasing the impact on the bottom line. |

Roger Forystek, PresidentRoger was born and raised in Minnesota and attended St. Olaf College. Roger has held various leadership positions within various national and regional agencies throughout the Midwest and the Rocky Mountain's; including Aon, KeyCorp Insurance and Hub International. He has also acquired an MBA from the University of Akron and is a Certified Life Underwriter Roger and his wife are involved with and support a number of community organizations including Mile High United Way, The Dumb Friends League, National Sports Center for the Disabled, Colorado Coalition for the Homeless and St. Olaf College. He and his wife Susan have two daughters and reside in Parker, CO. |

Rob Andrew, Senior Vice President Of Employee BenefitsRob brings almost 20 years of employee benefits, management, sales, and entrepreneurial experience to The Wright Group in his role as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Rob has significant experience in running fully insured and alternatively funded benefit plans, with an emphasis on partial self-funding. Rob has also been on the ground-floor of the 401(k) pension movement in this country, with experience in writing and managing plans of all sizes and complexity. Rob is a 1988 graduate of Cleveland State University with majors in Marketing and Finance. Rob’s experience in employee benefits runs the gamut as he spent seven years as a sales executive with Great-West – and then went on to run the Rocky Mountain region as the Regional Director and Sales Manager, overseeing an 8 state region with offices in Denver, Kansas City, and Salt Lake City. |

Claire Chavez, Director of Client RelationsAs Director of Client Relations for The Wright Group, Claire’s role is that of a mentor for the account management staff and is responsible for client consulting, problem solving assistance, analyzing benefit plan proposals and conducting employee enrollment meetings. She is a graduate of Colorado State University and has nearly 20 years experience in employee benefit administration. Her previous work experiences have included being Director of Human Resources for a large medical organization, managing employee benefits for a top 5 Denver area law firm. Claire has worked with The Wright Group for more than 10 years. |

Kim Rossi, Director of Commercial InsuranceA former senior underwriter with Pinnacol Assurance, Kim Rossi joined The Wright Group's property and casualty division in 2000. Kim has been working in the insurance industry since 1992. She is a Colorado native and a graduate of the University of Colorado. Kim and her husband, John, have a 12 year old son, Connor. She enjoys golf, soccer, martial arts, reading, and spending time with her family. |
